Fresh Start Eating Disorder Support

Fresh Start is a supportive community breakfast and meal processing group for adults receiving treatment for an eating disorder. This HAES-aligned support group includes 1hr for breakfast and 1hr for therapeutic processing following the meal. During mealtime you can expect an encouraging and supportive environment. After eating, we will talk about successes, difficulties, and emotions that came up during mealtime. (This group is not intended for those enrolled in an IOP/PHP/residential program. All attendees must have established relationships with a therapist/dietician. WHHC will not monitor intake levels/weights/vital signs/any other medical component of care)
