Free Women's Support Group

We host a complimentary virtual support group for women on the first Thursday of each month at 6pm. New members are welcome! The purpose of this support group is to offer women mental health support who may not have access or the means to participate in therapy. Common challenges that the women who attend this group may face include: body image & self-esteem work stress relationship challenges hormonal health mom life stress work-life balance physical health challenges grief / loss / divorce social isolation, and more!
