There’s nothing quite like the delirious joy that comes from caring for a newborn. For many of us, the “fourth trimester,” or first three months after labor and delivery, may be a time of joy, yes, but also uncertainty. We are exhausted to say the least, and yet we keep moving ahead, immersed in love, in our new role as parent.
