[Groups are on hold until I return from travel in 2021.] In these groups, we create a safe place to explore the causes and cures for any type of food, weight or body image issue. There are 4 different groups, each with a maximum of 6 people. We provide a free 1/2 hour assessment session. If the group is right for you, we ask for a 16-week commitment.
