I specialize in helping individuals who identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My clients understand that that change takes work and commitment to personal growth. Together, we create a personalized roadmap to achieve goals, so that clients can move forward feeling empowered by the positive changes made in their lives. Sometimes that means examining what's happened in the past that led to current events, and using a strengths-based approach to navigating a path forward. My approach is trauma-informed and inclusive of all genders, sexualities, ages, spiritualities, and ethnicities. I consider myself as a guide on your personal journey and will strive to meet you where you are on your path to whole wellness.

This group was created as a space for the transgender community of Florida. It provides an opportunity to generate self-awareness through a process that allows for the discussion, manifestation, exploration, and healing that may arise from: feeling oppressed by current or prospective laws, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, family issues, loneliness, and/or other related issues. The goal is to reach a better understanding of the self through interactions with others in a safe space. Please email for more information. **Online Group**

My experiences include working with depression, anxiety, life transitions and challenges (dating, moving to a new place, starting a new job, starting college, losing a loved one, coping with world events such as the pandemic), identity stressors (culture, gender, sexuality, discrimination), empowerment, trauma healing, and self-acceptance.
Do you feel different and misunderstood? Does it feel like a struggle to make sense of things? As a latinx, I have often struggled to find my place in a world that feels difficult to navigate. However, nothing makes me more proud than being me, and I want to help you feel better about yourself. My work as a therapist has been guided by fierce passion and compassion. I strongly believe we all have a place in the world, and that we not only fit, but we benefit it with our presence. Safety, empathy, and understanding are values that guide my practice as we work together to heal, grow, and help you understand the world around you.
