First Responder Spouse Support Group

Being a spouse of a first responder makes you a part of a unique community. This group will provide you an opportunity to share your experiences with others who have most likely had similar experiences. This group will also provide a sense of support, community, and understanding of the hardships and blessings that being a first responder's spouse can have. In this group you can safely share your fears, stressors, and challenges with others who may feel the same as you do while learning coping skills and other tools you can use for yourself and for your family.
