Female Survivors of Sexual Abuse

This group offers an opportunity to learn and grow alongside fellow survivors of child sexual abuse. Sessions provide a warm, non-judgmental, and relaxed atmosphere, and can be a powerful way to decrease feelings of isolation and receive support from others with similar experiences. Recent discussions have included navigating relationships and intimacy, boundary-setting, coping skills, safety, learning to trust, identifying feelings, and developing self-compassion. Groups currently run on Tuesday evenings from 8:00-9:30, virtually.
