Feelings Club
Group for Elementary school aged children K-5th grade, 5-11 years of age Feelings Club guides children on their journey to find their power within. Through guided play and activities, children will learn and practice emotional intelligence, socialization, communication skills. By interacting with one another, children will learn how to effectively identify and communicate thoughts & feelings while using tools and strategies to cope with those emotions.

Groups are aimed to help participants through their common experiences and similar feelings, worries and everyday challenges, find support. and build skills. We will create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we work together to build coping techniques, motivation, and a sense of empowerment! This will help tweens raise awareness, develop empathy, teach healthy conflict, explore feelings, & promote a positive change in relationships.
