Farm-Based Group for Adults

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected, this group could be a great opportunity for support! The purpose of this group is to create space to seek connection with the Earth, animals, and others in hopes to decrease isolation and stress. Animal interactions could include cows, horses, pigs, donkeys, and chickens. This is not group therapy but rather a therapeutic space to connect, learn, and grow. The group will be co-facilitated by Light Root Community Farm and myself and will be held in-person each week outdoors!
