Family & Friends of Loved Ones w/ Substance Misuse

? 8 Virtual Group Sessions Held Every Saturday from 10am-11am Beginning on February 3, 2024. This group is for adults (18+) impacted by a loved ones alcohol misuse, substance misuse or addiction and are seeking a better understanding of addiction, coping skills & communication skills as well as a new network of community and peer support. ? WHAT MEMBERS WILL GAIN: Emotional Support from Peers, Effective Communication Skills, Coping Strategies, Community Resources, Skills for Healthy Boundaries & Relationships. Get comprehensive support to help overcome challenges often associated with having a loved one struggling with addiction such as stress, boundaries, worry, grief and guilt.
