Seeking hope, perspective, support, and community? Have a desire to increase your interpersonal skills, boundaries, and improve upon or learn new coping skills? This group may be for you! With this group you will learn how to build healthy relationships, strengthen your communication skills, and increase your personal awareness. This group is intended to provide psychoeducational support services while fostering opportunities for self-improvement and connection. Telehealth and Outdoor Walk-Talk groups available. Small group setting (4-6 clients). Intake and intake fee of $190.00 is required. Group fee per session is $65.00. Group day and time TBD.
