Exploring Paradox for Leaders

This group is for graduates of the High Impact Leadership Program (HILP) or individuals who have completed a paradox session with me sometime over the past 10 years. We work together as a cohort to explore and raise self awareness, co-coach each other to practice Presence. Optional work includes journaling, elearning with eCoaching course, 1:1 coaching, online coaching sessions, telephone, and in-persona work. Subpersonality work is done and examined how/when your best selves emerge as leaders and explore better problem solving strategies for personal life and at work people-related issues.
