Navigating Parenthood When You Have ADHD-Education, Processing, and Skill Building in a Supportive Group Setting. Being a parent isn't easy. Having ADHD can make your parenting journey feel even more challenging and overwhelming but it doesn’t have to. It is nice to have company on the journey from where you are to where you want to be. People with ADHD make great travel companions. In this 8 week group, we will focus on normalizing the experience, repairing self-esteem wounds, managing anxiety and overwhelm, emotion regulation, skills for success, building your toolbox, communicating and advocating.
