Navigating Transitions: For Young Professionals
Objectives: 1. To provide a supportive environment for young professionals ages 23-30 experiencing life transitions, including balancing career, relational issues (dating/breakups), stress, and anxiety. 2. To facilitate discussions and psycho-education about common challenges faced during transitional life-phases. 3. To promote coping strategies for anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. 4. To promote enhanced interpersonal skills, resilience, and attain tools to increase success. Group begins on Monday 11/25 and is 10 weeks. A dynamic and supportive atmosphere where young professionals can explore their challenges, share experiences, and learn tangible skills to secure confidence.
