EmpowerKids: Life and Social Skills for Children

EmpowerKids aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children in 3rd, 4th & 5th grade can learn social and life skills. This group will focus on stress management, self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, resilience, and problem-solving skills. This 8-week closed group combines psycho-educational and therapeutic approaches and is scheduled to meet every Saturday from 10:00am-11:30am.
