Empowered Recovery
Facilitated by Amber Robinson, LMSW (she/her), the Empowered Recovery Support Group is a bi-weekly gathering designed for adults navigating recovery from substance use. Engage in open discussions, share coping strategies, and build connections in a judgment-free environment. Our primary goal is to cultivate a sense of community and understanding, particularly in a space that is affirming for queer and trans individuals. Together, let's navigate the journey of recovery, celebrate victories, and provide mutual support on the path to sustainable recovery. Please note that this is a queer and trans affirming space.

Trans Teen Peer Support Group
Grounded Wellbeing is excited to offer another round of our trans teen peer support group, facilitated by Eli Rice (he/they). The group offers a space for trans teens, ages 15 - 18, to seek support with topics including: building community, coping in high school, and discussing the many aspects of transition. Group will include processing time and social time. Phone screening required ($15).
