This is a women's, self-empowerment group that focuses on; self-awareness, self-esteem/confidence, healing/trauma, independent living skills, co-dependency, healthy relationships/abuse, societal influences, goals and direction, decision-making, coping skills, substance and addictions, career and job skills, emotion and mental health management, health and nutrition, positive outlets and interest, support systems, and parenting.
