This group is led by Alyssa Hickey, LCSW, and designed for female-identifying individuals aged 17-25. The group uses experiential techniques of Psychodrama and Art Therapy to empower clients to: 1. Explore their independence. 2. Address emotions of beliefs that hold them back from embracing themselves and their future. 3. Build on their strengths. 4. Build a life worth living as they explore the next stage of life and stepping into adulthood.

Nourishing Together: Eating Disorder Support Group
A Virtual Eating Disorder Support Group for Ages 15-22 led by Sydney Reese, LMHC. Group Goals: Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences and emotions related to their eating disorder. Facilitate peer support and connection among participants. Teach coping strategies for managing disordered eating behaviors. Provide education and resources about nutrition, body image, and self-care. Help participants develop a sense of empowerment and control over their eating disorder. Increase participants' awareness of the impact of their eating disorder on their physical and emotional health.

This is an 8-week Process Group led by Elizabeth Rubin, RCSWI for individuals aged 18-25 in which their anxiety is negatively impacting their daily life. Group Goals: 1.
