Elevate - Group for Teen Girls
The mission of Elevate is to help teens develop increased confidence and self esteem, improve communication skills, gain increased social confidence in their daily lives, learn valuable tools to cope with stressors and problems, gain awareness regarding themselves, their relationships, and social environments, develop more confidence, and learn to problem solve in a way that challenges them to look at their issues from a different perspective.

Stronger Together Support Group (Virtual meetings)
My goal for the Stronger Together Support Group is to provide a safe space for Black and Indigenous people to express themselves. The group will serve as a virtual support group where people can process their emotions and thoughts surrounding racial injustice. The Stronger Together Support Group will have its meeting via Zoom on the Second Sunday of each month beginning at 3 p.m EST. Registration is required. I will serve as the group facilitator and look forward to communicating with you all soon!
Support for Professional Single Mothers (Virtual)
This support group exists to improve the lives of single mothers by providing support groups and education in many core areas of life including but not limited to: parenting, stress management, discipline, finances, health & wellness, and more.
