Eating Disorder Process Group

Eating Disorders can feel isolating and lonely, therefore having a community of people who understand the challenges is important. This group focuses on providing a safe space for individuals to discuss struggles, celebrate successes, and explore feelings and common experiences associated with the recovery process. The group is open to individuals ages 18+, of any gender, and all eating disorders.
