The ONLINE Group EASE ANXIETY & STRESS is a 6-week long, one hour a week program that includes some key elements of MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. It helps you learn concrete tools for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, habits/compulsions, ADHD, and more... helping to improve coping, relationships, and overall quality of life.
