Drumming Circles

Individual and small group circles. An invitation to address emotional and physical trauma through sound and self-exploration. A compassionate space to address chronic health issues by enhancing insight, adding clarity to treatment goals, and honoring needed grief work by sharing one's own TRUTH. Research studies show that drumming has evidence based health benefits: Cardiovascular health by lowing one's blood pressure, control of chronic pain by activating specific endorphins, the boosting of one's immune system by decreasing levels of cortisol, and can support cognitive health by activating both sides of the brain.
