We give you the tools and education to help you understand, control, and express your anger appropriately. Our goal is to help you improve your communication skills, recognize escalating behaviors, and learn how to settle conflicts in a non-abusive manner. The purpose of the Domestic Violence - Abuse program is to reduce anger, develop self-soothing techniques, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Our goal is to give clients the tools they need to improve relationship skills and develop healthy relationships.
