Disordered Eating Groups for ages 17 to Adult
Being away from home and struggling to maintain your normal way of eating can be a challenge. We often work to find balance in getting our assignments done and ensuring we are not managing our stress with disordered eating or overexercising. Student-Athletes often struggle with various forms of disordered eating. Our student-athlete group offers skill development, therapeutic coaching, art coaching, movement, and parental support over a period of 8 weeks to help you recover from your disordered eating behaviors and continue to work towards your academic goals.

Pregnancy and Disordered Eating
Pregnancy can be one of the major struggles when we are pregnant. It can bring on poor body image and the feel that we cannot properly care for our bodies. This groups consists of helping you develop new skills, provides you therapeutic coaching, art coaching, movement, and intimate partner support over a period of 8 weeks to help you recover from your disordered eating behaviors and achieve your goal of being a healthy new mom. This group is for women, pre/during/and post pregnancy.
