Disconnected/Social Anxiety
This group is designed to allow participants to connect with other group members to grow social skills and work on building interpersonal relationships. We will focus on initiating a conversation, maintaining a conversation, and establishing boundaries in personal and professional relationships. This group will have core elements of cognitive behavioral therapy with talk therapy and personal journaling throughout our sessions. We are going to disconnect from technology and reconnect with one another.
