Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training Group
The groups provide education and skills training in four main areas: 1) mindfulness, 2) emotional regulation, 3) distress tolerance, and 4) interpersonal effectiveness. There is an adolescent group (14-17), and an adult group (20 and older). Individuals will need to attend an intake session to determine if the group meets their needs and go over the structure of the group. All members of the group must already have an individual therapist or psychiatrist. New members can join during any core mindfulness module (every 3 weeks)
