Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

This is a comprehensive, outpatient DBT GROUP. This means that we are adhering to the evidence-based, Linehan-Board curriculum. The group is capped at eight members and meets weekly (Tuesdays 7:00 - 8:30pm) via Telehealth. Participants are taught Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills.
