If you are struggling with depression or anxiety and uncertain about whether therapy is right for you, group therapy is affordable, convenient, comfortable and effective with addressing negative thoughts, feelings and habits. This is a therapeutic group of 8 to 10 members with psychodynamic interventions by a licensed therapist. Ages 25-55

Are you struggling to find therapy that fits with your work schedule? Our evening group offers psychodynamic treatment in a supportive setting. Due to the challenges of meeting the high demand for after hours therapy, we are offering this evening group for those who are committed to wellness but have limited access to treatment. Therapy in a group setting is more engaging, supportive, and can be more effective than individual therapy (according to the American Psychological Association). Ages 25-55
