D&D Group Therapy

Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of storytelling and imagination? Join our dynamic therapy group, where we use Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) as a therapeutic tool to explore personal growth, build connections and have fun! Campaigns meet online and are eight weeks long. We meet weekly for 2.5 hours and groups are limited to six participants. Two groups start each eight-week session; one on Wednesdays and one on Saturdays.
