Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that targets individuals’ state of mind, emotion, somatic sensation, and integration of coping skills for dealing with their stressors in life. It helps people become aware of living in the present moment, cope with stress, regulate emotions, and improve their relationships with others.
