Active Parenting - In Person
A Note From The Group Facilitator: “Active Parenting” isn't about creating the perfect parent or providing magical solutions. This class offers hands-on tools for every day situations, evidence-based skills, video guided examples, methods for understanding your teen’s motivation for behaviors, improved communication, and discovery of your parenting style. As a therapist and “Active Parenting” certified leader, I stand confident in the changes Active Parenting creates, not only as a therapist, but as a mom to two teenagers. I have witnessed how these methods improved my own relationships, communication, and the parent-child bond with my daughters.
