Do you want to feel more effective in your life? Through DBT skills training, clients learn concrete skills across 4 modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Here is a chance to learn these skills in community with other queer people. Join for all the modules, or just join for the ones that feels relevant to you! (This group is open and ongoing. All clients are required to join during a mindfulness module, which occurs between each other module)
