ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR GROUP STARTING FEBRUARY 25!!! DBT Skills Group compliments individual therapy by teaching the four sets of DBT skills that clients are seeking to master-Mindfulness Practice, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. The group is set up in three ten-week modules focusing on two skills; each module starts with Mindfulness Practice training, and the last eight weeks focus on one of the other three skills. The group is open to new members during the first two weeks and then is closed until the next module begins. Participants agree to attend group module by module.
