DBT Skills Groups for Teens
Join this weekly, class style, DBT skills group to learn all of the skills DBT has to offer including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills will help with coping and managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and living a more present and intentional life. Teen groups include additional skills to help improve relationships with parents and learn to balance acceptance and change. Groups meet once per week, and teens are welcome to attend either in person or online.
