Join this weekly, class style, DBT skills group to learn all of the skills DBT has to offer including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills will help with coping and managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and living a more present and intentional life. Groups meet once per week on either Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Teens are welcome to attend either in person or online.
