DBT skills increase mindfulness, improve relationships, and increase the ability to handle strong emotions. Our DBT groups are ongoing and new people are welcome to join any time. Our adult DBT skills groups meet once a week and we have current openings in our Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening groups. You are welcome to join online or in person.
