Balanced Parenting Group
Virtual group for parents of kids/teens struggling with mental health needs to empower the parents with tools based off of DBT Skills of how to best support their kid's needs. Parents will learn tools of how they can respond most effectively to their child when they are emotionally dysregulated as well as tools to help parents in regulating their own emotions through these difficult times. Because parents need support too!
