DBT Intensive Outpatient Group (IOP)
DBT IOP is an 8 week program for individuals 18+. Group is held Monday-Thursday on three separate tracks: Morning: 9am-12pm (in person), Afternoon 11am-2pm (in person) and Evening 5pm-8pm (virtual). Individuals will learn powerful and evidence-based DBT skills in a dynamic and interactive educational setting. Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance are incorporated in this curriculum covering issues such as how to manage crisis, communicate effectively, learn ways to tolerate life’s stressors, and problem solve difficult emotions and behaviors.

DBT Skills Training Group
DBT Adult Skills Group meets weekly for 90 minutes and covers the DBT model created by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness are modules covered in a small, specialized group setting. The 20-week skills training is educative and interactive. This group is offered on three separate days: Monday 5:30-7:00pm (in person), Tuesday 5:00-6:30pm (virtual), and Thursday 5:30-7:00pm (in person).

Multi-Family Adolescent Program
Multi-Family Adolescent Group is a four-month program for teens and their families. Parents/caregivers and their teens will learn powerful and evidence-based DBT skills in a dynamic and interactive educational setting. Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and the fifth module of Walking the Middle Path, are incorporated in this curriculum covering issues such as how to manage crisis within the family, and communicate effectively, learn ways to tolerate life’s stressors, and problem solve difficult emotions and behaviors, and understand more about normal teen behaviors versus problematic behaviors.
