DBT Group $50 per session

I offer as adherent as possible DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) groups on Wednesday evenings and Thursdays mid-day. All sessions are one hour in length, small in number and focused on the learning and practicing of DBT skills. Groups are intentionally priced to be affordable such that people can access information from a DBT Certified level clinician with over 20 years of experience running DBT programs. All meetings are held virtually.
