DBT for Teens Ages 13-17
This group is for teens who struggle to cope effectively with their emotions and distressing situations. Your teen will attend a weekly group focusing on skill building and you, the parent(s), will learn the skills as well. Teens must have an individual therapist to participate. This open group runs 16 weeks and will begin December 2021.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Groups- DBT
Adult DBT groups are ongoing/open, however, you're asked to commit to at least 8 weeks. Help with impulsive, self-destructing behaviors, poor relationships skills, and out of control emotions. This 16 week group focuses on DBT skills: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. This group is for those who are currently seeing a therapist- or are willing to begin individual therapy- to process thoughts and feelings and need additional skills building in order to attain getter success in resolving long-standing or recurring problems.
