Learning amazing coping skills that will affect your daily life choices and relationships, DBT is most effective when the client has a firm base in cognitive behavioral therapy, We require each participant to have a licensed therapist referral to attend. Anger resolution is required as a prerequisite for entering this group. Our DBT therapists are Nationally Certified and licensed. We offer DBT in our outpatient programs as well.
