Creative Healing Group Therapy
Learn how to manage mental health symptoms and heal from the challenges that you face with through the arts. We will address a variety of challenges and symptoms. This is an Open Group; however, person must attend first session to attend the other sessions. There are two group times. Mondays starting July 8th 6-7pm and Saturdays July 13th 10-11am for 10 weeks.

My Last Nerve (A Parenting Group)
People always tell you how joyous it is to be a parent however they don’t tell you about the long nights, the tantrums, and how the needs of each child differs. Every influencer pushes gentle parenting but what does that even mean. The purpose of the group is to provide support for parents whose children may exhibit defiance, neurodivergence, or anything else that causes parents to pull their hair and cry in the corner.
