Creative Expressions

Creative Expressions is a safe and creative space where young adolescents can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through creative expression. Led by an experienced and compassionate Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, this group aims to foster personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional well-being in a fun and engaging way. Trust and confidentiality are core principles of our group, promoting open sharing and growth. "Creative Expressions" is a supportive community where middle schoolers can thrive emotionally and creatively. Through art, discussion, and peer support, participants develop essential life skills and build a stronger sense of self.
