High School Social and Anxiety Support
This group is for boys and girls ages 14-18 (must still be enrolled in high school), to establish more connections socially for support and strong coping skills. Clients learn from each other and the counselor how to listen, learn, and connect. We focus on social skills, empathy, self-compassion, and teen topics such as drug and alcohol use, sex, and social media. This is an open group with open rolling admission. Overall it is a great group, established about a year now, and still going :-) Group runs primarily from Fall/School Start to Spring/School End.

Girls Support Group Ages 11-13
This group is geared toward girls with ADHD, neuro-divergence, anxiety, and social anxiety. We work on a host of coping skills, social skills, and anxiety support. Girls establish close connections in weekly meetings from fall to late spring. Half of the year we also do art therapy integration classes with a professional artist, integrating art and therapeutic themes/skills.
