Courage to Connect

Book Clubs have long been a way for women to pursue truth, knowledge and an understanding of themselves and the world around them. Navigation Counseling will continue this tradition with a therapeutic book club centered on authentic conversations, genuine connection and opportunity to learn from each other. This group is 4 weeks and limited to 8 women. Each session will be facilitated by Carolyn Wright, LISW-S, and will be held in a warm and welcoming space. While this group is therapeutic, it is NOT THERAPY and is not a replacement for your individual work. Preregistration is required.
