Courage Club
Courage Club is a therapy group for elementary children struggling with peer relationships and communication/social skills. Social skills include far more than the ability to communicate with other people. Many children have trouble meeting new friends, starting a conversation, perspective taking, and flexible thinking. If your child struggles with social skills, please contact us for more information about how to schedule an assessment for your child.

DBT skills group focuses on increasing resilience and building skills to help regulate emotions and regain control of your life. The skills in the group teach both how to change unwanted behaviours, emotions, thoughts and events in your life that cause distress.
