Couples Process Group
This is a therapy group for couples who wish to deepen their connection and better understand themselves. We meet once a week for 90 minutes. Group members work to put into words their own feelings, thoughts, and reactions as freely and honestly as possible. Group therapy differs from support and self-help groups in that group therapy is led by a professionally trained therapist, focuses on what’s happening during the session between group members, and provides opportunities for addressing underlying patterns, in addition to helping people cope. Group Therapy, Group Psychotherapy, and Group Work are all the same thing.
