When life overwhelms you, having coping skills at the ready can make all the difference. Coping skills that help us come across as the person we are, and not as our "triggered" selves. Group members will explore their stressors and how integrating coping skills will help them improve outcomes. Benefits including processing stress, gaining skills for dealing with future stress and gaining support from group members . Focus on anxiety, depression and avoiding maladaptive coping skills like isolating, procrastination, as well as addictive behaviors. Group meets on-line, Thursdays at 8pm - 9pm. Call/email/text me to request free 15-minute consultation. :)
