Conscious Aging Day Retreat 7/13/24

This workshop is designed for evolving women ages 55 and up. The final third of life is a wonderful spiritual, emotional, and psychological growth opportunity. It can be a time to appreciate one’s journey, to harvest the wisdom of those experiences, and to share what was meaningful in the company of others. By reflecting on our lives, we can begin to see the deeper story that emerges and appreciate the lessons received and wisdom gained from the pivotal moments that transformed us. Join us as we reflect on the moments that deepened our spirituality and growth through guided imagery, contemplation, journaling and sharing.
