Conquering Co-Dependency

A group focused on a 12-step program designed to overcome compulsive people-pleasing and behavior that consistently puts others before your well being. The definition of codependency is being addicted to control. There are many reasons we may become co-dependent; a sick parent, a parent with a substance abuse problem, an absent parent, or even being an older child who was made responsible for younger siblings.
